Join Executive Chef Dan Schmit and the rest of the Wise Acre Team for a night of food and cheer inspired by our love of local food, Nordic cuisine, and Minnesota winter.

Chef Dan's ancestry goes back to Northern Sweden and he is looking forward to a night for localvore lovers combining Nordic cuisine with our farm foods from Plato, MN.

 Each course is paired with sustainable wines or house-crafted alcohol-free beverages.

Dinner will be 5 courses with a wine or alcohol-free pairing.
