Chef Matt Stanoch is bringing the romantic flavors of Italy to South Minneapolis for a six course Bolognese banquet. Matt lived in Bologna in 2012-2013 and returned for a visit earlier this year. Just North of Tuscany, Bologna is known as "The Gastronomic Capital of Italy." It is a foodie destination, with classic Bolognese dishes known worldwide.
