All In Good Time: An Exploration of Time as an Ingredient

Slow roasts. Long ferments. Preserved veggies from days before frost. Winter is the season for slowing our pace and welcoming the work of waiting. Time, it turns out, is an essential part of the transformation of our food. From seed to sprout, from sowing to harvest, time does its secret work in the plates put before us. Join us for a cozy evening as we feast with a focus on Time as an Ingredient. Guest chef Laura Clawson and the Wise Acre team will feature rich flavors that only good time can give- warming broth, our own early winter produce, fermented veggies and preserved citrus. Come celebrate where time can take us! (Hint: it’s somewhere good.)
