The 2023 Winter Dinner Series launches featuring the Wise Acre Culinary team led by Chef Dan Schmit for a NYE dinner that will bring 2022 to a delightful finish and welcome 2023 in! The theme for the evening will be:

Tapas & Bubbles

We will ring in the New Year in a casual fun atmosphere with Tapas and bubbles curated and coursed by Chef Dan Schmit. The evening will be full of good food, laughs and delightful beverages.

The Dinner will consist of 7-10 courses and be a representation of our Farm in Plato, MN

Seats are limited to 30 people - Dinner is $80 and includes, Gratuity & Tax
